Your comfort and safety are important to us. Before receiving eyelash extensions, please inform our team if any of the following apply to you:

• Allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, glues or tapes.
• Chemotherapy treatment within the last six months.
• Eye surgery within the last six months.
• Extremely oily skin or hair, which may affect lash retention.
• Pregnancy, particularly during the third trimester.
• Existing eye infections, irritation or sensitivity.
